Biotechnology
The Department of Biotechnology at the NIPER Raebareli is being started from academic session 2020-21 to contribute the fascinating and emerging role in drug discovery process and development of biologicals. The department was started with master programme (M. S. Pharm) in 2020, followed by Ph.D. programme since 2021. The Department currently offers M. Tech. in Biotechnology with 20 seats available, which are filled through NIPER-JEE conducted every year.
Aim Of Biotechnology Dept.:-
- The aim of the department is to use the living systems and organisms by manipulation of microorganisms, bacteria or enzymes in the manufacturing process and create new treatments for diseases in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Designing production processes for the new product
